Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Give yourself ample time of about 10 minutes or more if needed to make sure your internet network, device microphone and camera are working properly before appointment time to avoid any delays.
All required forms and questionnaires sent to you via your provided email or patient portal must be completed before appointment time
Cancellation policies
Please make sure to cancel or reschedule appointments via Charm Health Patient Portal or emailing admin@sonimedhealth.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You will be charged $250 if a 48 hour notice is not given prior to appointment date and time. This also applies if you are a no show to your appointment. Two or more late cancellations will be charged at full fee. Late arrival (more than 10 minutes) for an appointment may result in cancellation or rescheduling. You may choose to use the remainder of your time left in your appointment, however there is no appointment time extension.
Payment policies
We welcome all patients with out-of-network benefits and some insurances (only for Mental Health Services) listed here. For out-of-network patients/clients, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. All payments will be charged/collected in full prior to commencement of scheduled appointment. We accept all major credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards through your Charm Health Patient Portal.
